The goal of Exercising with Erin is to be both a source of inspiration and information about weight training for young college women. My name is Erin and I am a 19 year-old junior at the Catholic University of America. Although I do not have any professional experience with health and fitness, I felt the urge to create this blog because I have been on my own fitness journey since my freshman year of high school and am constantly keeping an eye out for advice and tips on new ways to work out from college students such as myself. I did not begin to incorporate weight training into my workout routine until the beginning of my junior year, but I am eager to share what I have learned these past few months and I hope you will join me in becoming stronger and more confident women.
